Mentorship
One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself as an artist was mentor with other photographers and filmmakers. I truly believe all art forms can continuously be improved upon as long as you have the drive to learn! When you mentor with me, I am an open book! I will not withhold any information for the sake of competition. I truly believe everyone has their own creative artistic vision that will set them a part from the rest.
About Me
I’ve lived and breathed art my whole life! After receiving my bachelors of arts in art in 2012, I landed a part time graphic design job for a few years. I became a Mom in 2015 and then started Lawren Rose Photography in 2016.
Over the years of being in business, I took many online classes and mentored with a few different photographers and filmmakers. My specialty has always been in documentary photography and photojournalism, which works perfectly in the birth space! I’ve always wanted to share the knowledge I have and help others become better artists, and I can’t wait to help you grow!
This work is pure magic. We get to witness, observe, and take in someone else’s experience and convert it into art.
Critiques
Critiques are great for those who are already in business or creating art, but feels like something is still off or are lost in how to move forward. All feedback given will be honest and direct, and contain tangible ways that you can make changes immediately.
Quick Critique
30 minute recorded critique of a film/photo gallery. You will learn what works, what doesn’t work, and what you can do to make improvements for a stronger gallery/film. The recording is yours to keep.

Critique
1 hour online or in-person (if local) critique a photo gallery or film. The critique will be a discussion format where you can ask specific questions.

One-on-One
One-on-One sessions are great for wherever you are in your skillset. They are catered towards you and what information you need to help you improve as an artist.
In-The-Field
2 hours in-the-field model call session (DFW area only). You will the primary photographer for a real family session, and I will be next to you giving advice or helpful tips on camera settings, composition, lighting, camera movements/transitions, and more.

Virtual Mentorship
90 minute virtual discussion on any topic you’d like. This could include basics of photography or filmmaking, how to use Lightroom or Premiere Pro, color grading, audio editing, selecting music, storytelling, etc.
